Use a clean towel for your skin

Most germs you get is from the towel that you throw onto the chair after using it and for the next time pick it from the same chair. Meanwhile, how many hands touched it and how many wanted to wipe their hands from your towel.

Shake your clothes before you wear them

You never know when the clothes were resting on the table which bug came and settled and for how much dust your dress has become a home to.

Before you wear them on, shake them well at least twice. So, for the first time, the bug gets up if it is sleeping and on the second shake it falls.
