Myth 4: You Can Get Rid Of Cellulite Permanently
Cellulite is hereditary. You cannot get rid of them permanently. Yes, exercising and keeping the areas toned ensures that they are the bottom line.
Myth 5: Applying High SPF Means You Can Stay In The Sun For Long
Most people believe that applying sunscreen with higher SPF enables them to stay under the sun for long. Well, that certainly is true.
For instance, if you are using SPF30, you can stay in the sun for 30 times longer than without sunscreen. However, you still need to reapply sunscreen as they tend to wear off.
Myth 6: Toothpaste Help To Treat Spots
Now, even we were not prepared for this myth. There are many people out there who believe that toothpaste can treat sport.
We know that toothpaste has elements like peroxide, alcohol, menthol, and triclosan that act as a drying agent. However, there are no elements that make the toothpaste a conventional treatment for the treating spots.
Myth 7: Junk Food Is The Main Cause Of Breakout
Yes, junk food does have high sugar and Glycemic index that drive acne. However, this is limited to only a selected individual. You cannot get rid of acne if you avoid eating junk food. It is just part of a puzzle.
